About the role

  • Plan, monitor, and manage technology projects using formal processes and tools to oversee resources, budgets, and risks in coordination with managers;
  • Ensure the project’s objectives and scope are clearly defined;
  • Ensure execution of activity planning and maintenance of required documentation;
  • Standardize and oversee monitoring and control activities for the Services directorate’s project portfolio, ensuring execution with an appropriate methodology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Administration, Management, or a related field required;
  • Previous experience delivering projects for corporate areas (Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, among others);
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel;
  • Experience with Power BI and Canva;
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hybrid — 2 days on-site);
  • Willingness to travel occasionally;
  • Residence in Campinas or the surrounding region.
