About the role
- Monitor, critically analyze and consolidate corporate clinical-care indicators across the network's facilities.
- Support local teams in interpreting results and in developing improvement plans.
- Assess compliance of care practices using data, internal audits and technical site visits.
- Prepare technical reports, dashboards and executive summaries for the board and clinical leadership.
- Work collaboratively with Quality, Education, Hospital Infection Control (SCIH), Patient Safety and the Medical Directorate.
- Contribute to the development and review of best practices, care processes and clinical protocols.
- Facilitate understanding and use of indicators by local leadership as a management tool.
- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on continuous improvement and care standardization.
- Promote and disseminate best practices across the hospitals in the network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active registration at COREN (Regional Nursing Council).
- Postgraduate qualification in Quality, Patient Safety, Audit, Care Management or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean Healthcare, Six Sigma).
- Prior experience in monitoring clinical-care or quality indicators.
- Experience with hospital accreditation processes (ONA, JCI, Qmentum).
- Participation in projects for continuous improvement, standardization or process auditing.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and quality & safety projects.
- Practical experience in hospital accreditation processes and continuous improvement.
- Desirable certifications: Internal Quality/Patient Safety Auditor; certifications in Lean, Clinical Indicators or Health Accreditations.
