About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor payment requests for tax documents (invoices, receipts, bills, etc.) related to services procured by the Fundação group through the Pipefy system.
Monitor tax status with the relevant tax authorities.
Track and control certificates of compliance with tax authorities.
Post tax documents in the SoulMV system, ensuring the correct month of accounting.
Review and validate withheld taxes and reconcile amounts recorded in SoulMV.
Submit accessory tax filings: DCTF Monthly, DCTFWeb, DIRF, DMED, SPED Contributions and REINF.
Handle PER/DCOMP processes.
Generate tax payment slips/guides.
Compile tax documents requested by other departments, external auditors and during tax inspections.
Stay up to date with current tax legislation.
Update the area’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to performed activities.
Assist with inventory procedures.
Assist with fiscal receiving/processing routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
Previous experience in the field.
Knowledge of MV (SoulMV) and experience in the hospital sector is a plus.
