About the role

  • Continuously monitor federal, state and municipal tax legislation;
  • Interpret legislative and regulatory changes;
  • Map the impacts of legal changes on existing processes;
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of new processes and systems;
  • Act as a focal point between the Tax, Accounting, Legal, IT and Controllership areas;
  • Participate in the management of tax projects;
  • Support the preparation of technical opinions and internal guidance materials;
  • Ensure alignment between legal interpretation and operational execution;
  • Support audits and inspections related to regulatory matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Tax Law or tax planning;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Membership in the appropriate regional professional council (where applicable).
