About the role
- Perform digital and system-based control of the institution's contracts
- Monitor contract terms, adjustments, renewals and other contractual changes
- Ensure that the contracting workflow (formalization and subsequent execution) is followed across the institution
- Serve as an interface between the managing departments, the legal department and contracted parties, ensuring reduced risks and quality in contracting
- Maintain control of documentation required for legal purposes and for certifications
- Analyze and monitor SLA performance of active contracts
- Assist in managing the institution's litigation
- Draft and prepare notices
- Monitor evaluations of active contracts
- Track and maintain reports of requests/demands
- Initiate and monitor document signature workflows (contracts, amendments, notices, receipts, etc.)
- Assist with and track licenses, permits and accreditations (ANVISA, CREMESP, City Hall, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields
- Previous experience in the role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
