About the role
- Identifying and contacting potential customers – primarily by phone and email, or at events
- Qualifying prospects through phone calls, web demos, or on-site meetings
- Contribute to business development by proposing ideas to further develop the sales approach and materials
- Work hand in hand with the founder
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales/SDR/BDR
- Genuine interest in sales
- Enjoy engaging with customers and building long-term relationships
- Persistent and motivated
- Team-oriented and willing to take on responsibility
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Structured and consistent in task follow-up
- German at native speaker level
