About the role

  • Participate in the deployment of SAP S/4HANA currently under roll out in the Horse Powertrain Group
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement complex projects and integrations
  • Support the deployment of Kairos Project and acceleration of usage of AI within Finance
  • Automate and innovate across the finance spectrum
  • Ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes, and controls
  • Lead change management initiatives and ensure that changes are sustainable in the long term
  • Develop training to finance staff on new processes and systems
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team and other stakeholders
  • Communicate project updates to executive management and to the whole finance function

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a finance transformation role and project management
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems and other financial technologies
  • Outstanding communication, digital innovation and business transformation skills
  • Strong understanding of best-in-class finance processes and advanced financial modeling skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish, or French would be an advantage
