About the role

  • Supporting our dealers and customers with the practical use of our machines for crop care in the Nordic markets
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and organizing necessary repairs
  • Providing operational support during machine use and conducting technical training
  • Performing evaluations and assessments
  • Processing warranty claims

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical degree — ideally in agricultural technology, mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a similar field
  • Practical experience in agriculture, crop protection and field operations
  • Experience in customer service — ideally in field service
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in hydraulics, ISOBUS, tractor operation and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • In addition to proficiency in a Nordic language, good written and spoken German or English
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, reliability, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
