About the role

  • Support our sales partner and all customers on site in Estonia with the practical operation of the machines
  • Resolve technical issues together with experts in Germany
  • Organize and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct and assist with technical training sessions
  • Handle warranty cases

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical training (technician qualification), master craftsman certification, or a higher degree in mechanical engineering/mechatronics or a comparable qualification in agricultural engineering
  • Practical experience in field operations and crop protection is an advantage
  • Experience in customer service, ideally with previous field service (on-site) experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license for passenger cars
  • Good spoken and written German or English in addition to Estonian
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment
