About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the link between Sales, Accounting & Channel Management in our international team and handle inquiries from around the world.
You are the expert for all questions regarding our CRM and internal billing tool and ensure correct management and analysis of the data.
You take care of reporting and ensure that the team always has the relevant data at hand.
You support your colleagues with orders, invoice inquiries and quotations so that sales runs smoothly.
You have a holistic overview of the required invoicing and sales processes and keep an eye on related areas outside your immediate responsibilities to increase efficiency.
You keep our sales and customer data up to date so that we are always on top of things.
You enjoy taking on project tasks and actively contribute to the success of our projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have already gained initial experience in the (financial) commercial area or in inside sales and are familiar with Salesforce.
Your working style is solution-oriented and analytical, and you maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
You are numbers-oriented and carry out your tasks with great care.
You proactively tackle challenges and complete tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency.
An international, dynamic environment is right up your alley, and you communicate effortlessly in German and English.
