About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the link between Sales, Accounting & Channel Management in our international team and handle inquiries from around the world.
  • You are the expert for all questions regarding our CRM and internal billing tool and ensure correct management and analysis of the data.
  • You take care of reporting and ensure that the team always has the relevant data at hand.
  • You support your colleagues with orders, invoice inquiries and quotations so that sales runs smoothly.
  • You have a holistic overview of the required invoicing and sales processes and keep an eye on related areas outside your immediate responsibilities to increase efficiency.
  • You keep our sales and customer data up to date so that we are always on top of things.
  • You enjoy taking on project tasks and actively contribute to the success of our projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have already gained initial experience in the (financial) commercial area or in inside sales and are familiar with Salesforce.
  • Your working style is solution-oriented and analytical, and you maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
  • You are numbers-oriented and carry out your tasks with great care.
  • You proactively tackle challenges and complete tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency.
  • An international, dynamic environment is right up your alley, and you communicate effortlessly in German and English.
