About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a three-person Inside Sales team
  • Analyze customer needs and derive appropriate sales strategies
  • Optimize existing sales processes and increase efficiencies
  • Manage sales activities and track KPIs
  • Represent the company at customer events, trade shows and workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of sales experience in the IT environment
  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Knowledge of sales KPIs, forecasting and pipeline management
  • Self-starter, quick thinker and able to make forward-looking decisions
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
