About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You lead and develop a currently three-person Inside Sales team—both professionally and personally—and report directly to the Head of Sales Operations.
  • You analyze customer needs, derive appropriate sales strategies and implement them together with your team.
  • You optimize existing sales processes, raise standards to the next level and drive sustainable improvements.
  • You manage sales activities, monitor KPIs, identify growth opportunities and implement measures to increase efficiency.
  • You represent the company confidently at customer events, trade shows and workshops.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a degree in business or an equivalent qualification.
  • You bring several years of sales experience in the IT environment and have successfully led a team.
  • You are well versed in sales KPIs, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • You act proactively, think quickly and make decisions with foresight.
  • You impress with a confident presence, strong communication skills and very good written and spoken English.
