About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You lead and develop a currently three-person Inside Sales team—both professionally and personally—and report directly to the Head of Sales Operations.
You analyze customer needs, derive appropriate sales strategies and implement them together with your team.
You optimize existing sales processes, raise standards to the next level and drive sustainable improvements.
You manage sales activities, monitor KPIs, identify growth opportunities and implement measures to increase efficiency.
You represent the company confidently at customer events, trade shows and workshops.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a degree in business or an equivalent qualification.
You bring several years of sales experience in the IT environment and have successfully led a team.
You are well versed in sales KPIs, forecasting and pipeline management.
You act proactively, think quickly and make decisions with foresight.
You impress with a confident presence, strong communication skills and very good written and spoken English.
