Supply Chain

• You manage and develop a network of distributors in your assigned region and are responsible for day-to-day sales activities.
• You are accountable for increasing revenue for all distributors assigned to you and act as the link between our various sales teams and our distributors.
• You prepare relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to ensure target achievement in your assigned region.
• You ensure the tracking of all processes and provide appropriate KPIs for continuous performance measurement.
• You coordinate and maintain regular communication with Hornetsecurity sales and the distribution sales teams.
• You ensure that distributors provide the contractually agreed resources for sales, presales, support and marketing.
• In close coordination with the Head of Distribution Management, you plan marketing activities for new and existing distribution partners.
• You coordinate and ensure follow-up and distribution of all leads from campaigns through to closure.
• Internally you collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams – externally you represent the company as a personal point of contact.
