About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generating new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Develop and execute account sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Lead organizational mapping to deepen understanding of client structure, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Conduct account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking performance of account health.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across Talent, Teams, and Project solutions.
  • Own the client relationship, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Conduct client meetings with existing and new contacts to maintain alignment and build rapport.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Resolve delivery issues and escalate strategic matters as needed.
  • Ensure delivery teams are aligned with client expectations and that service quality remains high.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years professional experience, with at least 5 years in account management or sales in staffing & professional services industry
  • Experience managing and expanding revenue within Fortune 500 enterprise accounts
  • Must have experience selling Statement of Work (SOW) solutions
  • Experience working within formal contingent workforce programs
