About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generating new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Develop and execute account sales strategies tailored to client needs.
- Lead organizational mapping to deepen understanding of client structure, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Conduct account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking performance of account health.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across Talent, Teams, and Project solutions.
- Own the client relationship, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Conduct client meetings with existing and new contacts to maintain alignment and build rapport.
- Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting to ensure seamless delivery.
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate strategic matters as needed.
- Ensure delivery teams are aligned with client expectations and that service quality remains high.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years professional experience, with at least 5 years in account management or sales in staffing & professional services industry
- Experience managing and expanding revenue within Fortune 500 enterprise accounts
- Must have experience selling Statement of Work (SOW) solutions
- Experience working within formal contingent workforce programs
