About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more)
- Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate
- Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle
- Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships
- Consistently attend industry networking events
- Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment
