Lead both ongoing retainer programs and new consulting engagements with a platform-agnostic approach.
Analyze performance data and user behavior to uncover insights that inform content decisions and optimization opportunities.
Conduct industry and competitive reviews to identify content gaps and strategic opportunities.
Perform detailed content audits and gap analyses and build and maintain content inventories to support site migration planning, information architecture design, and content governance.
Partner with SEO specialists to integrate search best practices into content strategies.
Collaborate with the Practice Lead to grow the content strategy discipline, contributing to service offerings, tools, and team development.
Requirements
7–10 years of content strategy experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Proficiency with content management systems, keyword research tools, and SEO fundamentals.
Willingness and ability to apply AI-driven techniques to the content strategy process to drive efficiencies.
Strong storytelling, writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Advanced organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace tools, and analytics platforms.
