About the role

  • Project Intake & Estimation: Partner with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to define client requests and determine estimates to complete the work.
  • Project Delivery: Support the project management team on one or more client engagements.
  • Project Planning: Create and manage a detailed project plan based on the delivery methodology/framework chosen.
  • Budget Management: Proactively manage your project budgets to ensure the work can be accomplished within the approved budget.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and support delivery leads in building mitigation plans.
  • Client Partnership: Support the client partner and delivery leads team on assigned programs to foster client relationships.
  • Scope Management: Understand the scope of work being delivered and manage it consistently.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of global cross-functional Horizontal designers, strategists, technologists, etc.
  • Practice Involvement: Actively participate in initiatives that improve the Horizontal Delivery team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with digital programs, ideally within an agency/consultancy.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
