About the role
- Based in Jaipur, India as Salesforce Resource Manager responsible for workforce planning, allocation, and utilization across Salesforce engagements
- Own end-to-end resource allocation across Salesforce projects, independent of project-level influence
- Forecast resource needs based on pipeline, delivery schedules, and skill trends
- Run simulations to assess impacts of slippage, scope changes, or parallel demands
- Track utilization, bench strength, and supply-demand gaps; provide dashboards to leadership
- Partner with Sales, PMO, Architects, Delivery Leads, and Finance for pre-sales staffing plans, forecasting revenue, and margin impacts
- Recommend hiring or contractor augmentation plans aligned with forecasted demand
- Support cross-skilling and career development initiatives by highlighting capability gaps
- Provide data-driven insights and run "what-if" scenarios to inform leadership decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in resource management, workforce planning, or analytics within consulting or IT services
- Experience managing multi-shore resourcing models (onsite + offshore)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce roles, skills, and delivery models (functional, technical, architects, PMO)
- Proven ability to balance utilization, profitability, and delivery readiness in a professional services context
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments and making objective staffing decisions
