Act as a bridge between Content Authors, UX teams, designers, developers, strategists, and project managers to ensure content completeness and accessibility.
Strategize, oversee, and optimize the end-to-end content lifecycle from ideation and structure to publishing and post-launch optimization.
Define content strategy in alignment with business objectives and brand voice.
Lead pre-authoring phases (content outlines, wireframes, taxonomy, metadata).
Ensure consistency in content governance and authoring workflows.
Identify content gaps and propose enhancements to information architecture.
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis and conduct SEO audits.
Optimize on-page elements (titles, headings, meta descriptions, URLs) and collaborate with developers for technical SEO.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare improvement reports.
Create accessibility guidelines for content creators and validate WCAG 2.1 AA and ADA compliance.
Work with QA teams for accessibility testing and remediation and mentor authors on inclusive writing and accessible formatting.
Maintain documentation (style guides, accessibility checklists, SEO playbooks) and advocate for user-first inclusive content experiences.
Requirements
Proven track record in content strategy, SEO, and accessibility (3+ years in each area preferred).
Expert understanding of WCAG guidelines and ARIA roles.
Proficiency in CMS platforms, especially Sitecore.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, and structured content principles.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
7-10 years of content strategy experience at a reputed agency or consulting firm.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field.
Familiarity with content management systems, keyword research tools, Accessibility and SEO guidelines.

Effective communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Docs.
