About the role

Develop and apply technological principles to deploy, manage, control and monitor processes.
Develop and design the concept, testing, installation, and monitoring of automation of Build and Release.
Work with senior leadership to architect, formulate and carry out the strategic plan for the Build and Release.
Establish and support technical policies, procedures and processes aligned with client and internal requirements and security directives.
Configure, optimize, document, and support CI/CD components.
Diagnose and develop root cause solutions for failures and performance issues in production environments.
Monitor and support deployment, cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure.
Create and manage build and release pipelines.
Optimize and innovate CI/CD practices.
Assist in planning and reviewing application architecture and design to promote efficient deployment processes.
Troubleshoot server performance issues and handle continuous integration systems.
Collaborate with Technology Services team to develop CI/CD solutions that improve efficiency and optimize deployment time.
Perform other duties as assigned related to Build & Release (CI/CD Implementation).

Strong experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS & GCP.
Basic Understanding of CI/CD principles.
Strong experience with Kubernetes.
Strong experience of scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Python etc.
Strong work experience with CI/CD implementation tools like AzureDevOps, Teamcity, OctopusDeploy, AWS CodeDeploy, Jenkins.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineer, or a related subject
Proven work experience in DevOps of 3 to 5 years
Strong experience with Windows-based infrastructures, Windows administration, Azure, AWS and GCP.
Strong experience with development background will be preferable option.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash
Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban
Experience with Build technologies and cloud services. (Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, AWS Code Deploy)
Strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Must have good understanding of SDLC.
Knowledge in Linux, Windows server, Monitoring tools and Shell scripting.
Self-motivated; demonstrating the ability to achieve in technologies with minimal supervision.
Organized, flexible and analytical able to solve problems creatively.
Time and project management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed.
