About the role
- Lead outbound sales efforts across the EMEA region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire
- Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue
- Leverage an existing network of clients and partners to quickly engage and generate new business opportunities
- Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions as the best fit, providing tailored proposals and solutions
- Contribute to the strategic growth of Horizons in the EMEA region by identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize business potential
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and Horizons’ business goals
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships and continued revenue growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors
- A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals
- German speaking
