About the role

  • Lead outbound sales efforts across the EMEA region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire
  • Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue
  • Leverage an existing network of clients and partners to quickly engage and generate new business opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions as the best fit, providing tailored proposals and solutions
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of Horizons in the EMEA region by identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize business potential
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and Horizons’ business goals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships and continued revenue growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors
  • A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals
  • German speaking
