About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Directs, implements, and supervises all aspects and functions of student records and accountability
Serves as the gatekeeper of all applicant files
Ensures the updated status of all pending arrivals in CIS
Develops and distributes various reports such as the morning report, OMS projections, pending arrivals, projected separations
Coordinates commercial transportation needs of students
Implements safeguards to assure that personal information about individual students is secure
Participates in staff training and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

One-year supervisory experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft applications required
High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Valid State Drivers' License
