About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead operational workflows across Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Export Operations
Run high-volume business-critical processes impacting enterprise deals and customer trust
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, InfoSec, GTM, Finance, Product, Engineering, HR, and Operations
Support administration and management of the e2Open export compliance platform
Perform screening and sanctions checks according to U.S. regulations
Assist with export classification and documentation maintenance
Drive compliant onboarding requirements for customers and partners
Ensure compliance with export controls and trade laws
Maintain records for audit readiness and regulatory inquiries
Support internal and external audits and inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance, privacy, export compliance, contract management, and/or paralegal roles
Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology companies
Working familiarity with GDPR and core global privacy principles
Knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, DPAs, SCCs, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms
Hands-on experience with e2Open or similar export compliance platforms
Working knowledge of U.S. export controls and sanctions regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written communication skills
