About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Horizon3.ai's footprint across UK public sector organisations
  • Focus on acquiring new accounts within local government, NHS, healthcare bodies, local authorities, blue light services, and higher education institutions
  • Building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Driving long-term retention
  • Establishing and nurturing Channel Partner relationships
  • Managing all aspects of the sales cycle including qualification, negotiation, and deal closure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry
  • At least 2 years selling directly into UK public sector accounts
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas consistently
  • Strong working knowledge of UK public sector procurement frameworks
  • Familiarity with UK government cybersecurity standards and initiatives
  • Experience in establishing and monetising strong Channel Partner relationships
  • Proficiency in managing all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Proven experience in accurately tracking and managing customer information in a CRM
  • Capability to present and demonstrate solutions effectively in meetings
  • Familiarity with Challenger or Question-Based Selling methodologies
