Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and close top technical talent.
Own full-cycle recruiting across key roles (Engineering, Product, and Design) with a strong focus on building high-quality, diverse pipelines.
Drive recruiting strategy end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to process design, candidate experience, and closing.
Develop creative strategies to identify and engage top cyber and non-cyber talent.
Continuously evaluate and rebuild recruiting processes that are no longer serving the business.
Help shape how we recruit as a company, bringing ideas, data, and creativity to improve our processes and outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring teams.
High social aptitude and relationship-building ability — you know how to build trust quickly and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Solid technical acumen, with the ability to understand technical roles, assess candidate qualifications, and have credible conversations with engineers.
Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive processes forward in an evolving environment.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
