About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Support the deal desk by reviewing and approving sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ensure all deals adhere to regional requirements, including GDPR compliance and local tax regulations.
Coordinate with Finance and Provisioning teams for accurate billing setup and multi-currency handling.
Work cross-functionally with Legal using Streamline AI for contract reviews and approvals.
Maintain and update sales order records in the CRM system.
Assist in the development and implementation of process strategies to operate more efficiently.
Provide training and support to the sales team on order management and deal desk processes.
Resolve any issues related to sales orders and deal approvals promptly.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in sales operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, or Deal Desk roles
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
