About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive pipeline through high-signal field programs across Horizon3.ai’s Federal and Public Sector segments
- Own the Federal and Public Sector field marketing strategy
- Partner with Federal sales leadership to align field programs to territory priorities
- Define ROI thresholds for all Federal field investments
- Develop and maintain a Federal field marketing calendar
- Design and execute field programs tailored to Federal audiences
- Work closely with the Channel Field Marketing Manager and Federal sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience in the Federal or Public Sector market
- Understanding of how the Federal government buys
- Experience executing field programs across at least two segments: civilian agencies, DoD, Defense Industrial Base, or SLED
- Proven track record driving pipeline through Federal field programs
- Experience working with Federal channel partners and managing MDF
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Federal compliance frameworks relevant to cybersecurity
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline tracking
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs
