About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, manage, and report on performance-driven incentive programs, including rebates and SPIFFs.
  • Own the Partner experience of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform including content management, journey building, and page design.
  • Execute program launches, such as the Partner Advisory Council (PAC) and the Global Partner Conference (GPC).
  • Collaborate with Partner Business Managers (PBMs) and Field Marketers to develop and execute quarterly joint marketing plans.
  • Work cross-functionally to design and execute localized webinar series and regional campaigns.
  • Manage annual partner awards and appreciation programs to celebrate elite performance.
  • Develop "campaign-in-a-box" packages, tactical playbooks, and partner templates.
  • Own the global partner communication strategy, including newsletters, webinars, and nurture tracks.
  • Facilitate ongoing partner engagement through various channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships and executing global co-marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple "big rock" initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into partner value and revenue opportunities.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign ROI and pipeline funnel metrics.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to support campaigns as needed.
