About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS subscription agreements (MSAs), order forms, and DPAs.
Support Sales and Customer Success teams in closing deals efficiently while aligning with company risk guidelines.
Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to keep deals moving and unblock contract-related issues.
Use and help maintain standard templates, clause libraries, and negotiation guidelines.
Work with internal teams (Sales, RevOps, and Security/Privacy) to ensure contract terms align with our business and product.

Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
3–5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with a strong focus on commercial technology transactions.
Direct experience with negotiating SaaS or cloud-based software agreements (customer and, ideally, partner/channel deals).
Data protection/security issues in commercial contracts (e.g., DPAs, security exhibits, incident response, audit rights).
Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to give succinct, actionable advice to non-lawyers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
