About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Mid-Enterprise sales strategy
- Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of high-performing Mid-Enterprise Account Executives
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Drive a “channel first” go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and products
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, in the cybersecurity industry or SaaS startups
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be located in the NYC area
