About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Mid-Enterprise sales strategy
  • Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of high-performing Mid-Enterprise Account Executives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Drive a “channel first” go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and products

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, in the cybersecurity industry or SaaS startups
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be located in the NYC area
