About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and close top technical talent.
- Own full-cycle recruiting across key roles (Engineering, Product, and Design) with a strong focus on building high-quality, diverse pipelines.
- Drive recruiting strategy end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to process design, candidate experience, and closing.
- Develop creative strategies to identify and engage top cyber and non-cyber talent.
- Continuously evaluate and rebuild recruiting processes that are no longer serving the business.
- Shape how we recruit as a company, bringing ideas, data, and creativity to improve our processes and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring teams.
- High social aptitude and relationship-building ability — you know how to build trust quickly and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Solid technical acumen, with the ability to understand technical roles, assess candidate qualifications, and have credible conversations with engineers.
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive processes forward in an evolving environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
