About the role

  • Lead the strategy and execution of channel partnerships across North America.
  • Develop and implement the channel strategy for revenue and market share goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of channel partners.
  • Set performance metrics and KPIs for channel partners, monitoring progress and accountability.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel initiatives with overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful channel programs in North America.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical B2B environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency in CRM and channel management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
