Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data from various internal and external systems
Develop efficient and reliable data models that support reporting and analytics needs across business functions
Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of critical datasets
Manage and optimize data storage solutions (e.g. data warehouses, data lakes), ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Partner closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver well-documented, high-quality data assets
Work with Engineering teams to instrument new data sources and drive data-driven culture across the organization
Develop automated processes for data ingestion, transformation, and validation; implement monitoring to proactively detect issues
Provide insights via easily digestible visualizations in Tableau and ad-hoc

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
Hands-on experience designing and building scalable data pipelines and data models
Experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating across multiple business functions
Experience with translating stakeholder requirements into analytics readouts
