About the role

  • Own, drive, and lead the renewals lifecycle end-to-end
  • Engage key stakeholders in identifying contract requirements
  • Craft proposals, negotiate terms, and navigate procurement
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product and Finance teams
  • Identify and minimize customer churn
  • Help innovate and refine our customer renewal experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Renewals Management / Customer Success / Account Management
  • Strong Background in MSP-MSSP partner ecosystem
  • Demonstrated track record of success in SaaS sales
  • Experience managing pipelines with both fast moving and long term deals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze data and customer insights
