About the role
- Own, drive, and lead the renewals lifecycle end-to-end
- Engage key stakeholders in identifying contract requirements
- Craft proposals, negotiate terms, and navigate procurement
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product and Finance teams
- Identify and minimize customer churn
- Help innovate and refine our customer renewal experience
Requirements
- 3+ years in Renewals Management / Customer Success / Account Management
- Strong Background in MSP-MSSP partner ecosystem
- Demonstrated track record of success in SaaS sales
- Experience managing pipelines with both fast moving and long term deals
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to analyze data and customer insights
