About the role
- Own and accelerate the NodeZero Federal product roadmap and drive product adoption across the full buying committee
- Use analytical and technical expertise to define, deliver, and enhance advanced AI-driven offensive and defensive security capabilities
- Partner with engineering teams to scope and deliver ML- and GenAI-enabled features such as anomaly detection, alert enrichment, and remediation inference
- Define product strategy for AI-enabled capabilities (web application pentesting, threat intelligence, threat detection and response, MCP Server integrations, Agentic workflows)
- Collaborate with attack engineers and business intelligence to translate cybersecurity research into practical detection, response, emerging threats, and attack simulation applications
- Identify market opportunities for NodeZero’s AI cybersecurity offerings across Federal and adjacent markets (Defense Industrial Base)
- Partner with GTM and clients to drive growth and stickiness of capabilities (Risk Based Vulnerability Management, Third Party Supply Chain Risk Management, continuous compliance for CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA)
- Synthesize customer feedback from field interviews, support engagements, and usage data to refine capabilities
- Lead enhancement sprints to improve accuracy, precision, and value of NodeZero generated data and insights
- Monitor usage, adoption, and efficacy of capabilities, make data-informed decisions, and manage roadmap for ownership area
- Report to the Director of Federal Operations and take a leadership role in driving the evolution of AI-powered offerings (currently FedRAMP High)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology-related field
- 5+ years of startup PM experience with technical B2B products
- 3+ years experience with AI focused products, ideally within the cybersecurity industry
- 5+ years of experience within the Federal Government or directly support to the Federal Government
- Ability to gain or already hold a Security Clearance; TS/SCI preferred
- Technical aptitude - experience diving deep into highly technical topics across multiple industries, products, and tech stacks
- Analytics - advanced skills in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, BI, and ideally Python
- Written communication - ability to use modern tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to quickly and concisely write documents and emails
- Executive presence - experience working directly with executives to drive strategy and execute against success criteria
- Verbal communication - demonstrated thoughtfulness of professional strengths, development areas, successes, failures, and goals
- Bias towards action, growth mindset, hunger, and servant leadership
- Preferred location: Washington D.C. area
- Up to 15% travel required
