About the role
- Get to Know Us: Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Role summary: HR Business Partner supporting EPD & G&A organizations; responsible for organizational development, talent management, coaching/development, compensation, conflict and performance management, employee relations and more. Responsibilities: Partnering with functional leaders; providing strategic partnership and counsel; empowering managers; supporting managers with insights and recommendations; planning, driving, executing and monitoring effectiveness; guiding managers on org development and org structure; coaching and cultivating managers; owning performance management and performance review strategy; handling day-to-day needs; managing compensation discrepancy questions; policy interpretation, counseling and training; managing employee relations and investigations; managing leaves of absence; contributing to Manager Training Program; utilizing data and analytics to inform decisions.
Requirements
- You have 7-10+ years of experience Deep understanding of partnering with various functions within the GTM organization (IE you have supported more than one business unit in your tenure as an HRBP). You have significant experience partnering with globally distributed teams across time zones You are a masterful Project & Change manager Excellent communication skills You easily build trust with your stakeholders by being open and transparent, and always following through You have a deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including employment laws and regulations, coaching and facilitation, and performance management and employee relations. You are comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment and managing change. Experience with facilitation
