Role summary: HR Business Partner supporting EPD & G&A organizations; responsible for organizational development, talent management, coaching/development, compensation, conflict and performance management, employee relations and more.
Responsibilities: Partnering with functional leaders; providing strategic partnership and counsel; empowering managers; supporting managers with insights and recommendations; planning, driving, executing and monitoring effectiveness; guiding managers on org development and org structure; coaching and cultivating managers; owning performance management and performance review strategy; handling day-to-day needs; managing compensation discrepancy questions; policy interpretation, counseling and training; managing employee relations and investigations; managing leaves of absence; contributing to Manager Training Program; utilizing data and analytics to inform decisions.
