About the role
- Provide leadership and support for properties across the eastern half of Wisconsin
- Oversee a portfolio of 9 senior and multi-family properties
- Ensure high-quality operations and resident satisfaction
- Manage annual budgets and meet budget goals
- Oversee property-based marketing and leasing efforts
- Ensure compliance of Section 42 rules, fair housing, and local laws
Requirements
- More than 8 years of property management
- At least 5 years of LIHTC, Section 42 and/or Market Rate Leadership experience
- Fair Housing Training
- OneSite/Real Page or similar property management systems
- Strong excel skills
- Valid Driver's license, insurance and acceptable motor vehicle record (company car assigned)
