About the role
- You manage warm leads
- Conduct structured initial calls and support our financial advisors in preparing appointments
- Provide telephone support to prospects following a call script
- Maintain and document contact records in the CRM system
- Organize and prepare materials for financial advisory appointments
- Support events, seminars and team activities
Requirements
- You work reliably, punctually and with discipline
- You feel comfortable with clearly structured processes
- You communicate in a pleasant, professional manner — by phone and in writing
- You follow instructions precisely and document your work conscientiously
- Experience in sales, consulting or customer service is a plus — but not required
