Financial Planning and Analysis

• Execute daily banking activities, including cash positioning, short-term investments, and long-term investment transactions.
• Process and reconcile daily bank activity.
• Assist with projects related to cash collections, disbursements, and broader cash management initiatives.
• Support the preparation and review of annual budgets for banking and investment-related expenses; track actuals and provide monthly variance analysis.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for banking partners and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Review and update cash management procedures to ensure compliance with SOX (Section 404) and disaster recovery requirements.
• Support management in the operational aspects of capital structure oversight.
• Participate in cross-functional and corporate projects as needed.
• Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.

IT Support

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 database engineers/administrators
• Oversee administration of distributed database systems (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, or cloud-native databases)
• Partner with architecture and application teams to design scalable, resilient data solutions
• Lead database-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements
