Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses within three months of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and apply state-specific claims regulations and company procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Previous insurance, claims, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment requiring critical thinking and sound decision-making preferred.
