Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products, ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs.
Foster strong relationships with agents and proactively address client inquiries through email, phone, and web channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications.
Bind policies and ensure proper documentation, including securing approvals, payments, and signatures.
Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews.
Achieve production goals through consistent client engagement and follow-ups.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Call Center, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred
