About the role
- Provide strategic direction for all sales call center operations to ensure alignment with company goals and growth targets
- Lead, coach, and develop call center leaders and licensed sales teams to deliver high performance and continuous improvement
- Create and implement innovative sales coaching, training, and development programs
- Drive performance results through scorecards, incentives, and clear accountability
- Optimize staffing, scheduling, and resources to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
- Partner across departments to deliver campaigns, support multi-channel lead generation, and improve customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements while maintaining a customer first focus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in call center sales leadership, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Proven track record managing large-scale inside sales operations (100+ seats) with consistent revenue and performance results.
- Knowledge with call center metrics such as Service Level, AHT, Occupancy
