Serve as the primary executive liaison for education association partners, providing proactive and professional communication that builds trust at the C-suite and state executive levels.
Translate partnership agreements into clear, actionable, and innovative marketing execution plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Events, and Field teams to integrate partnerships into campaigns, communications, and educator-focused initiatives.
Lead quarterly partnership performance reviews and develop campaign performance reports (across email, digital, and social channels).
Manage renewals and strategic renegotiations of partnership agreements, securing marketing rights, sponsorship opportunities, and value-added educator benefits.
Develop and maintain executive-ready partnership materials — including playbooks, marketing calendars, and benefit summaries — to ensure alignment and visibility across the organization.
Identify and champion growth opportunities, such as regional and national events, that enhance partnership impact and brand engagement.
Track, analyze, and report ROI and marketing performance for all partnerships, using data-driven insights to inform ongoing improvement.
Requirements
H.S Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
3–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, sponsorships, or client services preferred.
Demonstrated success in marketing and campaign execution, with strong project management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships at senior and executive levels.
Experience working collaboratively across teams such as Marketing, Compliance, Field, and Events.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and act on performance data.
