About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product roadmap and outcomes. You will be accountable for measurable impact on clinical quality, patient experience, and business performance.
- Track and interpret key trends in value-based care, healthcare policy, and market dynamics to inform product prioritization and solutions.
- Own stakeholder and user research, utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, pilots and product iterations.
- Define and own success metrics (product, operational, and pilot KPIs) in partnership with analytics and stakeholders, using data to guide decisions post-launch.
- Make and communicate tradeoff decisions, balancing user needs, business value, effort and scalability.
- Partner closely with engineering to explore solutions, collaborate in agile meetings, write technical specs and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively, both written and verbally, to audiences ranging from care team staff to executive leadership.
- Coach product managers, setting standards for strong product craft, execution, and ownership across the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in healthcare technology, strategy or policy is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Willingness to travel as business needs require (10% of the time)
