• Take charge of secretarial duties for the day hospitals (HDJ)
• Handle incoming day hospital (HDJ) requests for addiction medicine
• Keep the list of requests up to date
• Provide the documents required for admission to the addiction medicine day hospital
• Schedule patient visits in the clinical software (HM) for the addiction medicine day hospital
• Prepare and coordinate patient arrivals (sending appointment notices) for the diabetology day hospital
• Assist the colleague responsible for managing diabetology consultations and the pain clinic
• Participate in day hospital service meetings when necessary
