Ozbiljno iskustvo sa **React-om** (uključujući razumevanje class komponenti kako bi ih lakše preveo na nova rešenja).
Poznavanje **TypeScript/JS ekosistema i rad sa REST API-jima.**
Dobro poznavanje **backend-a (Java / SpringBoot)** dovoljno za pokrivanje onih 20% role i glatku saradnju sa bekendašima u timu.
**Snalažljivost i komunikacija**: Sposobnost da samostalno pronalaziš odgovore, cimaš prave adrese. Da iskomuniciraš sve što treba, čak i na engleskom jeziku. I da pokrećeš stvari dok se arhitektura i kod postupno ne dovedu u red.
