**Graditi odnose i olakšavati komunikaciju**: Redovno izveštavaš stejkholdere o napretku, radiš sa ljudima širom Evrope. Posebno je važan rad sa kolegama iz Švedske, gde se traži puno takta, diplomatije i fleksibilnosti, ali i sposobnost da se stvari poguraju i dese na terenu.
**Sklanjati prepreke i upravljati rizikom**: Proaktivno prepoznaješ blokere, rešavaš kompleksne probleme i upravljaš promenama kako bi isporuka tekla bez zastoja.
**Voditi bez mikromenadžmenta**: Pozicija odgovara direktno lideru vertikale. Očekujemo da samostalno postavljaš strukturu, prioritete i preuzimaš odgovornost.

**Direktno iskustvo u IT program/project managementu**: Kilometraža u koordinaciji više povezanih projekata ili visoko kompleksnih inicijativa u softverskom okruženju.
**Independent Contributor**: Treba nam osoba koja ume sama da se organizuje i izgura priču od početka do kraja bez svakodnevnog usmeravanja.
**Tehničko razumevanje**: Nije potrebno da ideš u dubinski delivery po timu, ali moraš dobro razumeti procese razvoja softvera i agile metodologije kako bi kvalitetno komunicirao/la sa inženjerima.
**Diplomatičnost i interpersonalne veštine**: Spajanje različitih interesa, lakoća u komunikaciji (engleski jezik) i sposobnost da pridobiješ ljude kroz jasne argumente.
