About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and prioritize a heavy volume of salary and hourly requisitions.
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes, as well as assist with the development of recruiting strategies, processes, and tools.
- Support and manage diverse sourcing strategies, including referral generation, job advertisements, direct sourcing tools, and strategic industry partners.
- Become an expert within our Application Tracking System (ATS) - ADP to provide training & improvement opportunities within the recruitment process.
- Support administration and management of HR & Employee programs (e.g. Training, Performance Reviews, or Employee Recognition)
- Opportunity to grow with regards to HR Project Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment for hourly & salary level roles
- Experience providing HR support within a manufacturing environment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn or Indeed
- Administration experience with ATS and LMS platform
- Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills
- Early Adopter of technology for productivity & automation is a plus
