About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure timely and accurate caregiver scheduling to meet client needs and preferences, especially during same-day changes or emergencies
  • Serve as the first point of contact for urgent client and family needs
  • Respond promptly to time-sensitive situations with clear updates and empathetic support
  • Execute check-ins, staffing activities, and inbound communications according to established workflows and policies
  • Address service delivery challenges with urgency and professionalism
  • Record client updates, staffing changes, and escalations accurately
  • Maintain regulatory and company documentation standards
  • Deliver critical updates to owners, clients, families, and Care Pros
  • Tailor communications by audience, tone, and communication preferences
  • Monitor performance indicators including Phone Answer Rate, Task Acceptance Rate, Time Available for Tasks, and Time Available for Calls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or operations in a healthcare, staffing, or call center environment
  • Hands-on experience handling real-time scheduling, dispatch, or triage
  • Tech fluency and comfort navigating multiple platforms, including CRM, EMR, or workforce management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in de-escalation and empathy
  • Reliable attendance and full participation in training and ongoing shifts
  • Consistent tenure and accountability in previous roles
  • Ability to work Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m. Central Time after onboarding
  • Ability to complete the first 8 weeks on a daytime schedule, either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time
