Lead the evolution of acquired businesses by bridging the gap between acquisition and operational success
Manage the transition of franchises to the Honor Care Platform
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project plans
Lead and coach a high-performing team of Specialists and Associates
Proactively stay abreast of market-specific regulations
Partner with the Territory and/or General Manager to stabilize day-to-day operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or field operations
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technical transitions/implementations or multi-site operational integrations
Proven ability to act as a player/coach, leading by example to drive performance in relationship-driven environments
Experience in service-based operations (e.g., healthcare, staffing, or retail) where success depends on frontline stability and consistent delivery.
